MD Monirujjaman Munna
Monirujjaman Munna is a distinguished professional with over nine years of progressive experience in manufacturing excellence, operational transformation, and capability development. Specializing in Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, and Process Optimization, he has become a trusted expert and mentor in driving continuous improvement across diverse industries.
Currently serving as an IWS (Integrated Work System) Trainer at Japan Tobacco International (JTI), he leads impactful initiatives focused on system-driven performance, loss elimination, and operational excellence. Previously, he held key leadership roles at PRAN-RFL Group (APBL) as Production Head and Lean Six Sigma Implementation Leader.
Monirujjaman is certified and accredited by The Lean Six Sigma Company (Netherlands), holding prestigious credentials including Lean Six Sigma Post HBO Black Belt & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from TUV SUD South Asia Pvt.Ltd. He is also a certified Internal Auditor for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), further demonstrating his depth in quality and compliance standards. An alumnus of Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) with a B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering, he combines strong academic grounding with practical leadership experience.
